Canning 101: Basics of home canning In-Person

Join us for Canning 101 to learn the basics of home canning. Whether you have been canning for a long time and just want a refresher or are just getting started, this class is for you!  During this 2-hour presentation, we will discuss everything you need to know to can fruits, vegetables, meat, and pickles/salsas.  There will be a display of basic canning equipment and time for Q & A.  This class will be taught by University of Arkansas Extension Service Family and Consumer Science Agents, Trudy McManus and Cathy Love.
